Because Henry was sick last week (at this point, our pediatrician was right on--"He'll be sick from September until April."--she told us as we were preparing for full-time day care.) our trip to Greenville was VERY short. But it was totally worth it.
Andrew stayed with Henry when he went to bed so that I could reunite with the rest of the Fab Four. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and were able to do some serious catching-up. Our four hours (ha--how appropriate) together flew by.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to see Chrissy and the family. MAJOR BUMMER. But we did enjoy a brief lunch with the Chaneyworth crew as we were heading out of town on Sunday. With the three kiddos joining us, there wasn't too much time for in-depth conversation--who am I kidding--there wasn't ANY time for in-depth conversation. But just being together was like being home. K--is it really possible that we've known each other now for over 16 years?! That's almost as long as we lived not knowing each other. Love you.
